Tracey Noonan joined Beacon Legacy Law™ in March 2026 as an Associate Attorney, bringing more than 13 years of experience in trusts and estates law. In addition to her estate planning background, Tracey has extensive experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, helping them protect complex assets, preserve wealth, and create thoughtful legacy plans tailored to their families and long-term goals. Her background in real estate law, title insurance, closings, and escrow services gives her a well-rounded perspective on safeguarding clients’ interests from multiple angles.
Tracey earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from South University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. She has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 2012.
Tracey works with both estate planning and probate clients, combining a highly organized, detail-oriented approach with genuine empathy. She helps estate planning clients create thoughtful, comprehensive plans that reflect their goals and protect what matters most. Her attention to detail ensures that nothing is overlooked, while her practical experience allows her to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.

She understands the challenges families face when navigating the administration process and is committed to making that process as smooth and manageable as possible, handling complexities behind the scenes so her clients can focus on their families.
Born in New York and raised in Florida, she has deep ties to the local community.
Outside the office, Tracey enjoys traveling with her family and two dogs, baking, reading, spending time at the beach, and cheering on UCF football.
